Unknown MySQL server host

After last restart (i havent changed anything in DB) my bot cannot connect to Database. Im getting "Unknown MySQL server host 'lathkens.mysql.pythonanywhere-services.com' (-3)". Whats wrong?

We had some networking issues on the servers running always-on tasks, those should be fixed by now.
