Restore a file (Emergency)

Hello, I have a big problem. I accidentally deleted all game data from my HTML games website and I was wondering if there is a way to restore the games.json file, located in home/studyhall/, to just about 1 hour ago, which was 4 PM EST time (or anytime this day before 1 hour doesn't matter when). Help would really be much appreciated!!

Hi, is there any update on this? I know it can take longer but will it work at all to recover this one specific file?

I understand that this might be stressful, I've been there before.

I can't promise anything until we open up the recovery server and see what's inside.

Most likely we will be able to recover your files, though. We have it on the schedule.
