Normally I can reach your site through my Wi-Fi, but today it was like your site was down but your site wasn't down. There's something else going on. I was able to reach you through a Verizon network and that's why I'm able to leave this message. Do you have any advice on what I can do to fix the problem because the Wi-Fi works but it's not reaching your site for some reason.
Funny I'm having the same issue. I can access from phone network and from quantum west using a vpn, but there seems to be something amiss in the network routing to/from quantum west. My vpn goes through cloudflare and all that traffic works fine.

There may be mutiple reasons why that happens -- you can check with your ISP or IT (if it's a shared network in a workplace, for example).

I contacted quantum last night and they confirmed they couldn't reach pythonanywhere except via vpn! They reached out to pythonanywhere but hadn't hear back. This morning all was well so who knows.
There's also a possibility that some IPs were blocked during a DDoS against our site. As the attack stopped we removed the rule preventing it.
