error log and server log are up and running. surprised on a website that deals in software there is no way to edit the subject title.

Running a web app that a day ago when I logged out I was unable to log back in by Internal Server error. I stay logged in for long periods and I am not 100% certain when this happened but it was in the past week I have logged out and in successfully.<br /> Since the error log and server log are not updating what can I do to trouble shoot this? Or is the server I am on down? I have gone through the code extensively, reloaded older versions with appropriate databases, same outcome. My domain is registered with IONOS but points back to PythonAnywhere.

I think you should wait a little while. I had the same problem with server logs; they weren't updating, and because of the logs, I didn't know if requests were coming to my server. Today, everything is working for me. I think everything will be working for you soon too.
