is there a way to get quota information in a webapp directly or through the console?
I've seen that calling https://www.pythonanywhere.com/user/USERNAME/quota_information I got those information but it requires login

There's a chance, definitely -- I've added it to our to-do list with an upvote on your behalf, and adding APIs for things is definitely something we'd like to do. But I can't promise anything regarding timelines.
