$5 hacker account and whitelisted domains questions

I'm working on a Flask website on my computer. Eventually I like to make it a real public facing website, example www.test.com. I know there's a $5 Hacker account for that. So how does that work? I need to create a domain using something like namecheap.com, but then I can link my pythonanywhere.com flask app to that? So if I get the $5 hacker account, are all domains whitelisted? I understand websites such as pornographic or any other harmful websites might be blocked.

Also I was looking at the whitelisted domains for the free account. But how accurate is this? Because I choose 2 random domains and they're no longer valid. Also one of the domains is called 'and' there are duplicates for some domains.

Yes, you will need to have a domain to point at your web app on PythonAnywhere. There are numerous pages on this in our help pages.

The allowlist is not an endorsement of sites, it's just a list of sites that we do not block free accounts from accessing.
