Postgres connection refused on my instance TheJN-4627

Hello,

Since around 2025-09-27 08:46 KST my web app and Always-on tasks cannot connect to my Postgres database. I get this error:

psycopg2.OperationalError: connection to server at "TheJN-4627.postgres.pythonanywhere-services.com" (10.0.0.174), port 14627 failed: Connection refused Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections? I also tested with psql from a console, and it shows the same error. Could you please check and restart my Postgres instance?
