For some reason my error logs no longer work, as in the page is just completely white

it worked 10 hours ago, and now I woke up and it doesnt work anymore

anyone ever had this issue? know how to fix it or how long to wait?

Looks like your logs were rotated. See the same url but with .1 at the end.
