I had one web app. Later, you activated an asynchronous app in demo version. After some time, I needed to disable my main app and restart it, but when trying to restart it, I encounter a web app limit issue.

Your current plan only supports 1 web app (which includes Tato1999.pythonanywhere.com).
You stil have only 1 web app allowed at a time in your subscription. If you want to have more, you'd need to upgrade, or you need to disable / delete existing one to make place.
