so I usually have a task that runs 3 times in a week. I checked today's log and there is no mention of run today even though the run is happened to have started. and when I try to run it manually via console I get the following message selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: unable to discover open pages

I do see that some server back up has happened tonight. what's going on please let me know. this is for a client and I need to answer them. it seems there is some chrome driver issue maybe at your end? otherwise runs in past have been running smoothly. even on Friday it ran fine. thanks.

You may need to look into selenium and WebDriver docs to see how to debug it.

but they were running till Friday! I see some back up files as well. What happened at PA side? any server reset?

We had a problem with one of our storage servers. That does not look like it is related but we will investigate.

if I google this selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: unable to discover open pages it says to update the chrome driver but from what I see in one of the posts in the forum, PA discourages that. so what's the solution at this point?

We fixed a number of issues regarding our storage servers today.

Things should be stable now.
