Web app stopped responding; cannot get it to reload or restart

Help. My web app has stopped responding and will not reload. I just get "Your webapp took a long time to reload. It probably reloaded, but we were unable to check it." messages but nothing is changing. It's been several hours. No error messages other than one saying the database is locked but that should not cause the Flask app to hang completely.

Any ideas how to get the server restarted?

What do you see in your server log?

Same thing happening to me since yesterday??

I have a similar problem, I can't run any python files, everything takes a long time to load and then the environment console restarts.

When I want to go to the root of my files this message appears:

Something went wrong :-( PythonAnywhere is having some issues. Our ever-vigilant sysadmins have been notified and are on the case. Please try again in a little while.

I am unable to access webapp , not loading at all

Same here, the webapp has not been loading since this morning.

I'm also experiencing intermittent issues accessing the Webapp tab on PA. The app was running slowly, and after finally reaching the logs, I noticed several timeouts on endpoints that don't involve the database (e.g., /robots.txt). Is there something happening with PA's infrastructure?

We had a problem with one of our servers. Sorry for that. We are working on permanent solutions.

PA I seem to be back online, thank you. That said, I lost two days and am a little concerned about the response time. Do you know what happened and is anything in place to prevent this from happening again?

I spoke too soon. Problem is still happening ...

We had issues over the weekend with the file server that was hosting your files. We have fixed them now and we're monitoring the machine to make sure that the issue does not recur.
