Hello,

I'm trying to run a flask web app, and I'm getting errors (which are expected, I'm putting this from local to deployed for the first time), but unfortunately can't debug because all of my log files are blank, and continue to be. I've tried clearing browser caches and trying in a different browser (I've tried both chrome and firefox), but nothing has updated. I also saw the note on rotating scripts, but the logs in the log cache are empty as well.

I may be doing something stupid, but any help would be very appreciated!

Yes, sorry about that -- our logging system had a hiccup earlier on today, and we had to restart a service -- that was what fixed the issue about 20 minutes ago.

Logs not updating although I have +20% disk space...any solutions other than restarting the server as I did numerous times?

thank you for investigating the issue. It's impossible to troubleshoot a website without the error log or using print statements to echo print and track issues on the server log
