Hi, I’ve just upgraded my account and would like to request outbound internet access to api.telegram.org for my Telegram bot. Thanks in advance!

With a paid account, there's no need to get sites added to an allowlist -- you have unrestricted Internet access and can connect to any site you like (so long as they're not blocking incoming connections from our servers).
