I'm a free tier user, but I keep having weird issues where stuff doesn't sync sometimes, or even saving a file. For example, sometimes if I save a Python file and go to BASH to run it from there, it doesn't update the variables. My plan is to try the $5 per month plan, but how reliable are PA servers? The reason I ask is because, the last post on X.com is from 2017. Plus I see a bunch of "We're back" messages on there.

This is a serious question, so please don't think I'm trying to start any trouble.

We occasionally have some planned downtime for maintenance, which we will email you about in advance. We still post on our X account regularly, so I'm not sure why you are only seeing posts from 2017. Regarding the syncing issue, are you sure the file has been saved when you run it? I haven't heard of issues like this before.
