I can't do anything in Always-on tasks right now. I do not have the "delete task" and other buttons active, except for the "view logs" button. How do I restart the app? Application now in status: Preparing to start. But it is for hours

Sorry about that. We had a system upgrade this morning and always-on tasks sometimes take a bit longer to start up again.
