langchain framework is quite useful, could you folks consider pip install it?

langchain on my local computer is version 0.3.7.

After installing the same version for python3.9 on my instance at PA, I ran into compatibility issue for dependent libraries.

The danger of upgrading or downgrading dependent libraries is that they may adversely affect the current libraries that my current python applications, which of course I don't want to happen.

Does that mean the only option now we have is to install langchain 0.3.7 onto a virtual environment? Or?
