I hope you are doing well.

I am currently hosting my website on PythonAnywhere, but I am facing a serious accessibility and indexing issue that appears to be related to the hosting environment rather than my application code.

My website: https://toolpix.pythonanywhere.com/

The following issues are being reported in Google Search Console:

• Sitemap status shows: “Couldn’t fetch”
• URL Inspection reports that the page is not available to Google
• robots.txt is reported as unreachable
• As a result, my website pages are not being indexed properly

I have already verified my application routes and sitemap configuration from my side, but the issue still persists.

I would appreciate it if you could please investigate the following:

1. Verify whether robots.txt is being served correctly and is publicly accessible
2. Check whether my sitemap endpoints are reachable externally
3. Confirm that my hosted Flask application is accessible properly from outside the PythonAnywhere network
4. Check whether there are any platform-level routing, proxy, DNS, firewall, caching, or HTTPS-related issues affecting crawler access
5. Let me know if there is any specific PythonAnywhere configuration I should modify to resolve this problem

For reference, I have attached screenshots from Google Search Console showing the exact errors.

This issue is directly affecting SEO and search engine indexing of my website, so I would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying the root cause.
