I have an application that generates pdf and uploads them to google drive via the goolge drive API, Ive been getting the 429 Too Many Requests error even though my usage is low (around 900 in the past month and never more than 3 requests a minute) , I see that the issue is because of the shared IP addresses but i wanted to know if upgrading to paid plan could provide a solution or is there a dedicated IP option available

We don't offer dedicated IP's (unless you'd buy a private server) on paid accounts, but you should be able to use some external proxy.
