My web app was downgraded as a result of delay in payment due to issues with my bank.

I tried to upgrade back but made mistakes in the settings. The original setting was: CPU time per day: 4000 seconds Number of web apps: 2 Number of web workers: 3 Number of always-on tasks: 1 Disk space: 5 GB Postgres server: enabled Postgres disk space: 1 GB These features will cost you $19.00 per month.

The number of web app I have now is 1 and the original website could not work.

I have already paid for the wrong settings and my site is not working.

I need urgent help to restore my website.

If you go to the "Account" page and click the "Customize your plan" button, you can add the extra features back on. You'll have to enter your card details again, but you won't be charged a second time.
