Mysql not connecting with ODBC

When i try to connect my mysql database with odbc, its showing Error: ('01000', "[01000] [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open lib 'MySQL ODBC 8.0 Driver' : file not found (0) (SQLDriverConnect)")

Could you provide more details? Like where do you run it, how do you set up the connection, what is the command you run, etc.?
