My site, https://calpen.pythonanywhere.com/ suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago.

I don't see any relevant logs in the server or error logs. I have read through the common errors but I haven't found anything useful. Reloading the website doesn't seem to help.

Can you help me pinpoint what the issue is?

Did you change the system image around the time when the web app stopped working?

No, I didn't change any of the settings. Where can I check what is the current system image?
