Cancellation and refund

Hi there can I get a cancellation and refund on my account please? Just find the pricing too much for my needs at the moment.

You need to downgrade your account on the Account page (there's a red button "Downgrade to a free account") and then request the refund (if it's your first 30 days of subscription) at support@pythonanywhere.com, and we'll process that.

@diogenis No problem -- I see you already downgraded your account, so the subscription has been cancelled. I've refunded your payment (it should be processed within 10 working days).

You can downgrade your account from your Account page.

I recently upgraded my account to the Hacker plan ($12), but due to some personal reasons, I have now downgraded back to the free tier. I would like to kindly request a refund for the recent payment, as I no longer require the paid features.

@HamzaArif That's done for you. It will show up in your bank account within ten working days (normally much faster, but it depends on how long your bank takes to process it).
