Cannot connect to host understat.com:443 ssl:default [Connect call failed ('45.130.41.47', 443)]

How do I configure the proxy on a free account to get this working?

It looks like the team that monitor those sent you a reply yesterday morning. It would have come from an anaconda.com email address -- perhaps it wound up in your spam folder?
