whenever i make a request to py-dictionary from my pythonanywhere site i get this error:

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.dictionary.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /browse/asdfsdf (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))

Pretty new to this & don't know what I'm doing wrong.
