Hi my subscription auto-renewed this month. I'm not going to use it any further.

Can I please get a refund and can you remove my card details? Thanks a lot!

Hi there -- if you downgrade your account to a free one (the red button on the "Account" page) and send us a message using the "Send feedback" button at the top of the page, we'll send you a refund for that last payment as soon as we get it.

Hi, I upgraded my account for less than a month for my project, and ran into to some error that I spending hours searching answers but couldn't resolve - As soon as I switch to flask-restful module to connect to my outside hosted postgres database, the access is denied, which, works fine if I run it through local host/use plain flask without flask-restful module.

I would like to request for a refund.
