Django Project is Unreachable (429 Too Many Requests)

I created a Django website running on PythonAnyWhere web services. After a few months, It got popular and lots of users started using this service since I realized that my website is working a little bit slower than before like missing some static files at the first load. Now, my service is completely down. Sometimes it shows "429 Too Many Requests - openresty/1.15.8.3" but mostly it's unreachable. My service was not secure enough to prevent suspicious requests nor programmed well in order to detect critical activities. Can you help me get rid of this issue? Am I getting DDoS attacked?? I have also tried reloading the app but nothing did work.

Here is the URL: https://codehub.pythonanywhere.com Also consider checking its security level on: https://observatory.mozilla.org/analyze/codehub.pythonanywhere.com

Thanks <3
