could not connect to server: Connection refused

Hi Team,

I have recently encountered this error with my postgres database. It seemed to start when I filled up my 2gb paid data quota. I have now upgraded my account to 5gb however this issue remains. The error message below is displayed if I try to start a posgres console or if I try to access my django site with debug=True.

psql: error: could not connect to server: Connection refused
        Is the server running on host "10.0.0.174" and accepting
        TCP/IP connections on port 12367?
Console closed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We reloaded the server for you and it should work now.

I've restarted your postgres instance. Try and clear some data or increase your disk quota
