Hey! How can I get python 3.6 ver?

Your account is on an older system image (essentially the version of the operating system used by your code, which also determines which Python versions you have available). You can easily update to a newer system image, which will upgrade the OS and add on newer versions of Python while leaving your files and data in place, but because of the various upgrades, you may have to change your code -- there's more detail on the help page I linked to.
