Help please! is there a way to restore files? without knowing i try "rm rf *" and everything is gone

ALL files deleted!!
Additionally when i try to install with pip it says: Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: can't initialize sys standard streams
Contact us on support@pythonanywhere.com with some extra detail (when were your files in the correct state?) we will see what can we do.
