Hello, Today I tried to upgrade my account to "Hacker" and it charged me 5 USD. But I downgraded my account back. I thought downgrading will let me use the Hacker account for one month but I can't use it. Is there a refund policy if I have not used the upgrade account. I rolled back within 5 mins. Please let me know if you can refund the payment.
