What exactly are the types of resources and thresholds for which this email option will send a notification? I can't seem to find the details anywhere. I'm trying to decide if I need to use the API for more detailed monitoring and notifications.

There are currently three situations when we send an email that fits into that category:
- When you use up your CPU quota and go into the tarpit.
- If you have managed to use up 10x your CPU quota, so we've killed some of your running programs.
- If a program uses up more than 3GiB of RAM and died due to running out of memory.

Ok, got it. It sounds like the API is the way to go then for pro-active monitoring.
