I don't need to use this hosting service anymore. Can I get a refund? I'm contacting you because the downgrade is not working.

What problems were you having with the downgrade? From our side it looks like you successfully downgraded the account a couple of minutes before you posted this message.

Anyway, as you had only just paid for the month 8 July - 8 August, I've refunded that -- it should be back in your account within ten working days; normally much faster, but it depends on how fast your bank processes it.
