Cannot connect to SFTP

Hi,

I have tried to connect to sftp://ssh.pythonanywhere.com using my username jamiem and password and get timeout errors on Filezilla and WinSCP. Please advise

hmm- going through our logs, it seems like you may have put your username as jamiem@ssh.pythonanywhere.com instead of just jamien.
