Please, help me recover deleted file.

Hi, today around 17:00 hours GMT the file SearchQueries.py from my account was deleted. Can I get your help to recover it? Thanks in advance!

We take daily snapshots, but as they're designed for disaster recovery rather than point-in-time restores, it can take up to 24 hours to recover a specific file, and it it was deleted at 17:00 hours GMT on 23 March, the recovered version will be from around 11:00 hours on the same day. If that would work for you, then please email us on support@pythonanywhere.com to confirm.

Hi, I have accidentally deleted all the files in a directory around 07:00 am GMT, is it possible to recover the directory?? Please let me know those files are really important!
