I had got a custom hosting yesterday but now that i am checking in my pythonanywhere account the hosting is just gone and ,, it is showing that i am using the free starter plan

Are you sure you were logged in to the correct account? Although I can only see one account, "Atri", associated with your email address, there's another one called "ATRIAPP" with very similar billing details. The ATRIAPP account was upgraded yesterday, and the "Atri" one was upgraded about half an hour after you made the post above, so if they are both yours, you currently have two paid accounts.

I suggest you downgrade one of them to a free one, and let us know that you've done that -- then we can refund the payment you made for that one so that you don't wind up paying twice.
