How can I install the zbar? Zbar needs python-dev which can install via apt. We can't use apt since it is root required

By The way I use python3.7.5 with my simple django project and it needs pyzbar that depends on Zbar library.

If the library is not available on PythonAnywhere yet, then you will not be able to use the library until we install it. I have added a ticket, but it will probably be a few months before it's available. Perhaps there's anouther library you could use in the meantime.
