my site and pythonanywhere.com dashboard was down for unknown times, just few minutes ago

We had an outage on one of our web servers a while back, and while fixing it another server (the one where PythonAnywhere dashboards run) glitched for a few minutes. Should be back now.

This "outages" is happening very often. When we must wait for new one "outage"?

We're working on improving our reliability. Ultimately hardware and operating system software can go wrong at pretty much any time, but ideally we want automatic systems to cut in to move system load elsewhere when it does to minimise impact. Right now that happens for some kinds of issues, but for others a human needs to get involved to fix things.
