I have a 'hacker' account for my site. Yesterday I received a Tarpit notification for my site. And surprisingly I did not actually use the site yesterday. Just opened the account and looked at the code. Did not save anything, or upload or download anything. Yet my account says 70% CPU quota used. Can this be an error?

Notebooks continue to run in the background using small amounts of CPU continually. You can stop the process using the "Fetch process list" button on the Consoles page and then kill the processes from there.
