I see that the Python bindings by Apache are not installed. I have tried looking everywhere for them, but no luck. I am trying to fulfill the instructions here:

Can this package be installed on PAW or can you guys post some instructions on how users can install it themselves?
That looks like something we'd have to install ourselves. We're planning a new base image for the next release so I'll make sure this gets into it so long as there are no conflicts with existing packages. Unfortunately it will be a little time before we release it, though -- at least two weeks -- because we did a new release this morning.
