plotly.express successfully installed, still getting module not found found error

I have included some screenshots. But the quick summary is that I installed the module successfully, however, when I try to import it in a python notebook, it can't be found. Thanks!

Make sure you're installing it to the correct version of python (e.g. pip3.7)

I have verified that the pip version is correct. pip3.6 was used and python 3.6 is what is used for the notebook.
