I have accidently deleted one of the important file from/user/tsis/files/home/tsis/mysite, can you please recover the file for me ?

The admins are asleep, so they can't help yet. You might also need to provide the time that you deleted the file. I don't work here btw

We take daily backups, so we don't have your data specifically from the time 18-08-2019, between 12:30AM - 1:30AM IST.

The backup prior to that time was at 17 August 2019 at 08:51:42 AM UTC, and the one after that was on 18 August, after you'd posted your message.

We've restored the version from the 17 August to vendor_details.json.RECOVERED in your mysite directory.

In the future, you should use Git and push to GitHub so you have your own backup. It's what real programmers do
