Here is a readme.html file (i can't not paste it and it is a commaon file ,no need to paste here),how can i make it shown at the http://luofeiyu.pythonanywhere.com/readme.html ,i have uploade it into dropbox ,but can't be shown it in http://luofeiyu.pythonanywhere.com/readme.html ,how can i do?

You need to create a web app and then set up a static file mapping to the folder that the file is in.
