requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.kinopoisk.ru', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /index.php?kp_query=%E4%E6%E0%ED%E3%EE&what= (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden'))) I'm creating a bot which scrapes data from kinopoisk.ru. How can I solve the problem with connection?

show us official api documentation from kinopoisk.ru and we will consider adding it to the whitelist.

It's not 100% clear whether that is an official public API -- is there a link to it on the kinopoisk.ru website? We can only whitelist official APIs, not non-official ones that third parties have discovered.
