In case it helps anyone else, in my Github README.md I included a lot of information on using PythonAnywhere to run InterMine queries.
Bear in mind though that as of now not all the InterMine's mines have been added to the whitelist for free users.
(InterMine is a biological data warehouse for several organisms.)
