I want to upgrade my account from free to hacker. I entered the card details but an error message popped up saying "An error occurred while processing your card. Try again in a little bit. " I tried once in a while but the same error occured. My card is a Mastercard debit.

That means that when we asked your bank if we could take money from the card, they said "no". They don't give us any extra information (to protect your privacy), so you'll need to contact them to ask why they're not letting the charge go through.
