Hello,

I tried to point my domain name from OVH to my CNAME but apparently the operation is unsuccessfull. I have spent lot of time reading the doc https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/CustomDomains and followed the instructions. But I keep receiving the same message when trying to reload my site.

"There is a problem with your domain name configuration. Take a look at the DNS setup section below for details. "

I don't even know how to reach the support if there is any.

Can someone help please ? Thanks in advance.

You can always reach support on support@pythonanywhere.com, but posting questions here is fine too -- we monitor both places for questions.

Regarding this problem, perhaps it would be easiest if you took a screenshot of the settings that you've set up on the OVH control panel, and send it to us over email? Then we can help you debug.
