Hi,

I have multiple domains that I want to point at the same Flask web app. I'm a bit wary of starting a new one, and pointing it an existing directory...

...or will it all turn out fine, and am I worrying about nothing?

I'd suggest creating the new ones using the "Manual configuration" option, and then copying the contents of the WSGI file for the existing site, and pasting it into the ones for the new sites -- that's probably the safest way.
