Hello, my always-on task stopped today and since it has "Preparing to start" state I can't pause or delete it. Is there any way to restart it?

Sorry about that! We did have a couple of problems with the always-on system yesterday evening, and it looks like your task was affected. I've force-started it from the backend, but it looks like there's an error in the way you've configured it...? If you check the logs (the first button in the "actions" group) you'll see what I mean.

Tasks are being started in batches after the planned maintenance. It should be all running soon and you will be able to delete.
