You do not have a CNAME set up for your domain. Error...!

I have purchased domain cobolcopybook.co.in on bluhost.in and for the https connection I am using cloudflare. Not the setup is:
1. I have put CNAME on the cloudflare DNS settings.
2 . I have put the server names provided by Cloudflare in to the settings of the bluehost.

Now when I am entering the address cobolcopybook.co.in in browser it is resolving to the https://cobolcopybook.co.in. but on my web tab of pythonanywhere I am getting the error.. You do not have a CNAME set up for your domain. Check this help page for more information about how to set it up correctly.

We cannot check your settings on CloudFlare, so you will always see that message if you use CloudFlare.

Ok. So you mean to say there is no problem with my CNAME setup on cloudflare but still I will see that message.

yes- if you are routing through cloudflare, we will show that message, but you can safely ignore it.
