Update Global Library libraries

Hi support! Is there a way to update the global libraries folder /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages

I am getting this error error and I strongly suspect is because of the global libraries

is there a special command to update those libraries?

No. Those libraries cannot be updated by users of PythonAnywhere.
